Dave Cross Speaking at UKUUG Conference

Magnum's owner, Dave Cross, will be speaking at the UKUUG Spring 2008 Conference in Birmingham on the 31st March. Dave will be giving a full day tutorial based on the Perl teach-in.

Ticket prices vary depending on what type of ticket you need and how much of the conference and tutorials you want to see. Booking is already open.

Magnum Sponsor London Perl Workshop

Magnum Solutions are happy to announce that they will be sponsoring the London Perl Workshop which takes place on December 1st 2007. Magnum's owner, Dave Cross, will also be speaking at the workshop.

Magnum at Belgian Perl Workshop

Magnum Solutions' owner, Dave Cross, will be speaking at the Belgian Perl Workshop in Brussels on October 27th 2007. Dave will be presenting an extract from the very successful Perl Teach-in.

London.pm / BBC Backstage Perl Teach-In

In conjunction with the London Perl Mongers and BBC Backstage, Magnum Solutions ran a Perl Teach-In day at BBC offices in London on June 2nd 2007.

Magnum owner Dave Cross presented the training which was aimed at intermediate Perl programmers and was free. About fifty people attended the day which sold out in less than 48 hours.

Perl Template Toolkit

At the end of 2003, O'Reilly published Perl Template Toolkit an introduction to using the Template Toolkit to build web sites. The authors are Darren Chamberlain, Andy Wardley and Magnum's owner Dave Cross.

Data Munging with Perl

Magnum Solutions owner and managing director, Dave Cross is the author of the book Data Munging with Perl which was published by Manning in January 2001.
