The markup language used is XHTML 1.0 Transitional.

The site is powered by Movable Type Pro, using the Professional Website template set. Movable Type is written in Perl.

The site is developed on Fedora 12 and hosted on Centos 5.4.

We recommend using Open Source software tools wherever possible.
